Brogan Group has secured the access package for a major co-living development in the City of London.
The scheme will transform a 1950s office building into 174 co-living homes, alongside 8,000 sq m of amenity space. Residents will benefit from a range of facilities including a gym, café, co-working spaces, communal lounges and a roof terrace.
Scheduled for completion in 2028, the development will be the first purpose-built co-living scheme within the City of London's boundaries. The project forms part of the City's wider strategy to increase residential capacity and provide more housing options for people working in central London.
