We are pleased to announce that in addition to the access works we are providing at Rihan Heights for the £600 million Arzanah Development in Abu Dhabi, we have been awarded the access package for the construction of a medical centre on the site.
The Arzanah Medical Complex will house 78 beds in a sustainable building comprising of three main centres; a Spine Centre, Knee and Sports Medicine Centre, and a Wellness and Diagnostic Centre.
Currently under construction, the Arzanah Medical Complex is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2012, with the installation of scaffolding due to start in the coming weeks.
The medical centre forms part of the Arzanah Development; a 1.4 million m² mixed-use development that will create luxurious new homes with accompanying retail, leisure and sports amenities.
