Brogan Group have won the Access package for a Harrow mixed-use development.
78 apartments will be built across 3 residential blocks and Brogan Hoists will service 30m and 8 landings on the scheme.
The development incorporates an old 1930s art-deco cinema, previously covered with metal cladding, that will be restored to its original glory as a cinema, with 4 auditoriums and a café accessible via a feature stair.
