We have recently been awarded the access package for Osiers Gate, a key urban redevelopment in the heart of London. The scheme comprises of demolition of buildings and construction of 8 high-rise buildings.
The site sits between Enterprise Way and the River Wandle with a 21- floor landmark tower. Landscaped space will sit between the buildings for residents and public alike to enjoy along with a new public plaza.
Upon completion the buildings will comprise of 275 flats and 3,508 m² of commercial floor space to include shops, financial and professional services, restaurant, food and drinking uses, office, storage and distribution, health and leisure uses with basement car parking provided for 165 vehicles.
