Brogan Group have been awarded the access package for the redevelopment and restoration of a landmark 1872 police station in Manchester City Centre.
The scheme will deliver 81 high-quality residential units, comprising a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and townhouses.
Located on the site of a former 19th century police and fire station, the development will preserve key historical features, including the original boundary walls and the iconic chimney structure, while creating a modern residential community.
