Great Arthur House, Central London

This Scheme comprises the design and construction for the 16 storey, 120 flat residential block. Great Arthur House a Grade II listed landmark building, part of the Golden Lane Estate, was built in 1956. Our package included the installation of scaffolding and mast climbers.

The New Line Estate was regarded from the outset as a model of social integration with early tenants including doctors, police officers, secretaries, cleaners and caretakers, and an emphasis on one bedroom flats for single people and couples.
