Brogan Group will be topping out on all blocks this month at Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin. The development by Marlet Property Group comprises 6 blocks ranging in height from 6m to 12 storeys (43m).

The main Contractor contracted Brogan Group for the combined access services on a 76,000sq ft (7,000sq m) site, with Scaffolding, Hoists and Mast Climbers.
Brogan will be topping out on the last of the blocks this month for a site that will create 596 residential units plus retail, medical, co-working and childcare facilities.
