They’re Hired! Latest Brogan Group Apprentices Graduate With Permanent Roles

Three apprentices have earned themselves permanent jobs at Brogan Group’s head office after becoming the latest group to successfully graduate from the 12 month apprenticeship programme.

James Brogan, Managing Director said: “I don’t see this as the end of their apprenticeship, but as the first stage of their career with us. It’s important to find and develop our own talent and this scheme is a key part of that programme.”

Mentor Jake Carby added “It’s fantastic that another group of talented apprentices has gained the industry skills and qualifications to lead them into a long-term career.  The apprenticeship programme we deliver is one that both employers and aspiring professionals can take inspiration from.  It supports business growth and development, while opening new employees up to the range of opportunities within this thriving sector.”

Since joining Brogan Group’s scheme in 2015, Joshua Bailey has worked in the Marketing and Business Development department, and has now accepted a permanent position after completing his Level 3 NVQ in Marketing.

“Over the past 12 months I have grown from a young person into a working professional. The apprenticeship scheme has helped me develop many new skills that I will keep and take with me throughout the rest of my career. I have been given an amazing opportunity to learn about marketing and business development and I can’t wait to continue on my career path at Brogans.”

Almost all departments at Brogan Group have now benefited from the apprenticeship scheme since it was established, with this years remaining graduates entering roles within the Commercial team, and the Powered Access division.
