SHEQ Director Becomes 500th FORS Practitioner

Brogan Group’s Director of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality has become the Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme’s (FORS) 500th practitioner, after completing a series of nine workshops.

The workshops are designed to educate the practitioner in all aspects of fleet management including managing work related road safety, safe and efficient fleet management, reducing fuel use and minimising fines and charges.

Delegates completing all nine modules are then awarded the FORS Practitioner qualification.

Stefanie Frohlich of FORS commented ‘We would like to congratulate James Lewis, SHEQ Director at Brogan Group (FORS Silver) who was the 500th delegate to be awarded the FORS Practitioner qualification and the 3rd to do so within Brogan Group.’

James Lewis stated: “The FORS Practitioner workshops have been invaluable in providing the knowledge and training to our management team to control and develop our existing logistical management systems, in line with current and forthcoming legislation.”

Brogan Group have been on board with the FORS scheme for a number of years now, and are currently renewing our Silver accreditation, with the aim of transitioning to Gold before the end of 2016.
