Brogan Group have been awarded an access package on a residential project in South Dublin.

The development, ultimately creating 68 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments across 3 blocks will see independent scaffolding erected internally and externally.

The development, located near UCD will offer car parking, motorcycle and 135 cycle spaces to all residents alongside balconies and / or private terraces.
