Brogan Group has recently secured works on a new built–to–rent residential scheme located in Central Dublin.
The 7-storey high unique co-living space will create 378 affordable bedspaces as well as communal living rooms and kitchens at each floor level. Some amenities on offer within the complex include a yoga space, gymnasium, roof garden, library, and workspaces.
