Brogan Group have been awarded the powered access package for a new residential development in South Dublin.
A large number of passenger goods hoists will be reaching heights of up to 25m and numerous goods only hoists will be servicing the scaffold lifts on site.
The project, due for completion in 2026 is located near the beach and Shanganagh Castle Estate and will create 328 A-rated one- and 2-bedroom cost rental apartments.
