Brogan Group has secured a powered access package for a commercial building in Killarney, Southwest Ireland.
The project will see the demolition of an existing office building and the construction of a modern, state-of-the-art replacement facility for one of the world's leading construction machinery manufacturers. Brogan goods-only hoists will support construction activities throughout the programme, aiding the delivery of the new building.
Upon completion, the scheme will provide office space, meeting rooms, training facilities and a range of support services. Sustainability is a key feature of the project, with solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, extensive landscaping and electric vehicle charging infrastructure incorporated into the design.
