Further to our works at Clarendon Phase 1 in North London, we are providing the hoist contract to Phase 2 of the large residential scheme.
Our works will comprise of a number of 20/32 machines in single configuration, the majority of which will be lowered through a podium slab using the assistance of a site crane during the installation process. Our hoists will serve each of the eight blocks of the development, the tallest of which will reach 13 storeys/41m.
Clarendon forms part of the Haringey Heartlands Regeneration and will provide construction jobs and full-time apprenticeships to Haringey residents as the development unfolds. The site is being transformed into a bustling, vibrant and mixed neighbourhood with 1714 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, retail, office space and food and drink options.
The development is due for completion towards the end of 2020.
