Brogan Group have recently secured the scaffolding package for the next phase on a residential development in Leopardstown, Dublin.
Brogan Group has provided access solutions on previous phases of the scheme that once completed will deliver 1353 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses and apartments.
One key priority within the project is to promote a sustainable living environment by utilising energy-saving technology. Heatmiser, solar PV panels, heat recovery ventilation, and eCar charging stations will all be included.
