Brogan Group Ireland has a new mental health first aider who will be available to support our operatives and office staff in the country.
According to a recent CIF survey, only 28% of Irish Construction companies offered a confidential support service or had clear guidelines for managers on managing mental health.
The training will enable on-the-ground support to any of our operatives, providing advice and practical aid for an individual presented with a mental health problem.
This in-house support is supplemented by the Lighthouse Charity, which Brogan Group have recently renewed for the 5th year in a row, and offering a 24-hour helpline service that provides free support for all construction workers and their families.
