Brogan Group have been awarded the access contract for a large-scale residential development in Coolock, Co. Dublin for a new client.
Numerous Brogan goods-only hoists will service three residential blocks to support the delivery of materials throughout the construction phase.
The development will see the delivery of 853 new A-rated homes – including houses, duplexes, and apartments all integrated with sustainable and renewable technologies.
Beyond housing, the development will enhance the wider community by transforming 20% of the site into a local park, alongside the addition of café and retail units, creating shared spaces for both residents and locals.
