Brogan Group are providing access on a Modular housing project, one of four projects within the Dublin City Council Modular programme, which will provide much-needed social housing for the community.
2-D panelised units built off-site will be moved in, with Brogan access supporting the erection of the units on site.
Once complete, the project will comprise 71 apartments arranged in six blocks with associated parking and site amenity space as well as a new scout/community hall.
