Brogan Group Ireland have recently commenced works on-site at the historically relevant, Malt House building.

Constructed in 1859 by the Guinness family, the building was used as a grain store and remains an integral part of Grand Canal Dock’s heritage today.

Our scope of works for the Irish and UK Contractor will be provided in two phases, the first of which started at the beginning of March.

These works consist of independent scaffold to two sides of the existing building, one side facing directly onto the famous Grand Canal. This phase also includes a higher level bridged scaffold to the adjacent building, access for roof demolition, 4 loading bays and a stairs.

Phase 2 of this project will begin in the coming months and will include scaffolding and a number of crane decks to allow for the construction of the additional storeys.
