Brogan Group have renewed their support with the Lighthouse Club, the only charity that provides emotional, physical, and financial well-being support to construction workers and their families.
This is the 4th Year that Brogan Group have worked with Lighthouse, who have an expanding array of resources available to those in the industry and their families including 24/7 support, Mental Health training and critical incident support.
Last year Lighthouse helped 2,777 construction industry people and their families through the 24/7 helpline and leveraged 1.4 million of financial support for those in financial hardship.
As a part of a more holistic approach to Health & Safety support, Brogan Group have a team of our own ‘Mental Health First Aiders’ for our staff in the UK and Ireland, on-site and in our offices.
