Brogan Group have recently installed Powered Access solutions at a Dublin 8 Canalside Development.
Along with the ongoing erection of Scaffolding the Brogan team have now installed Goods / Passenger Hoists on two of the blocks, integrating Scaffolding at floor levels, with more Hoists to be installed on additional blocks shortly.
Hoists have been located side by side on one block to allow ties to be in one line up the building, limiting disruption to the Façade installation.
The multistorey internal courtyard is serviced on all sides by Brogan Mast Climbers with Cantilevers. The solution uses an estimated 80% less ties compared to the Scaffolding alternative.
The development comprises 6 blocks ranging in height from 6m to 12 storeys (43m) and will include 76,000sq ft (7,000sq m) of retail, medical, co-working and childcare space as well as 550 residential units.
