We have been contracted by another new client to provide the full hoist access package for the next phase of the Barking Riverside development in East London.
The Fielders Quarter scheme is made up of 371 houses and apartments, consisting of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, each with balconies or terraces, along with a number of 4-bedroom houses. It is also set to feature public space and cycle parking.
The Quarter is the latest stage of the wider Barking Riverside project, which will eventually see 10,800 new homes, healthcare, shopping and leisure facilities built on the site of the former Barking Power Station.
We will be supplying a number of hoists for the construction of all four blocks of Fielders Quarter, which is the first part of the development to be built by our new client, who created a new division in their operations to deliver regeneration projects and lower-cost housing across the capital.
