Brogan Group recently secured and started on site on a Dublin City Centre development, a historically rich area near Trinity College and the River Liffey.
The combined package includes internal and external access scaffolding, a number of Goods hoists and several crane decks.
The premium mixed-use development will comprise 540,000sq foot of Grade A office space, 54 apartments and over 18,000sq foot of retail space and is set to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
