Brogan Group has secured the combined powered access package for a major office development in Dublin, overlooking the Grand Canal.
The new eight-storey commercial building will feature goods-only hoists reaching heights of up to 37 metres, alongside multiple mast climbers operating in both single and twin configurations.
Spanning 28,300 sqm, the environmentally sustainable office development will also include two landscaped courtyards and a range of terraces.
