Brogan Group have been awarded the access package on a mixed-use scheme comprising of both residential and commercial towers in East Wall, Dublin.
Brogan Group hoists will service the 14-storey building assisting in the construction of what will be one of the Dublin’s tallest buildings.
Upon completion, a 183-bedroom hotel will be created as well as 15,069sq ft of office space and leisure facilities and 87 build to rent apartments.
