Brogan Group have been awarded a 345,000 sq. ft development creating office space with two interconnecting buildings.
This project is one of Dublin’s largest developments and will see numerous Brogan hoists onsite during construction.
The scheme, due for completion in early 2026 will act as a headquarters for one of the largest international firms, boasting collaboration spaces, wellness / yoga rooms, roof terraces and gardens.
