Brogan Group Ireland have recently commenced works on-site for the second phase of the large Clay Farm development based in the desirable Leopardstown suburb of South Dublin. The project scope includes full perimeter scaffold as well as internal scaffolds including birdcages to the top of staircores and liftshaft scaffolds.
Part of the façade of these two block will be finished in render in three areas which requires access free of ties. We have addressed this requirement with a series of loading bays and buttressing which removes the need for tying in the scaffold in these areas and will allow the uninterrupted completion of this work.
