Women continue to make a growing impact across the construction industry, now making up around 15% of the UK construction workforce (approximately 325,000–340,000 women) — the highest level on record.
International Women’s Day is an opportunity to acknowledge these contributions and to continue encouraging greater participation and opportunity within the construction industry.
