Brogan Group has been awarded the access package, including goods-only hoists and a scaffold gantry, for a major hotel redevelopment project in Dublin.
The iconic five-star, has closed its doors to undergo a €50 million refurbishment scheme, scheduled to last one year. The project will involve the renovation of 226 of the hotel’s 265 guest rooms.
Once complete, the redesigned interiors will incorporate locally inspired elements that reflect the history and character of the city.
