Brogan Group have been awarded a powered access package for a new student accommodation development in Dublin.
The project will deliver 493 new student bedrooms within a purpose-built accommodation block, helping to meet the growing demand for high-quality student housing. Brogan Group will provide both passenger/goods and goods-only hoists to service the external building throughout the construction programme reaching heights of up to 33m.
The scheme will support the provision of modern, sustainable student accommodation, contributing to the continued expansion of higher education infrastructure in the region.
