Brogan Group are supplying the Hoist package for TC4, Cherrywood South Dublin, part of the Town Centre Development of a much wider 360-hectare project; the largest single urban development in Ireland, which will offer a mix of residential, retail, park and office space.

TC4 is a residential element of the wider package, granted planning in May 2018, and Brogan Group are working for a Contractor who will be building 212 5-storey apartments across two separate blocks.

Brogan Goods Hoists will be situated on the west and north elevations supplying materials for the phased delivery of apartment units over an approx. 6-month period.

The site is 16km to the south of the city between the Dublin Mountains and the Irish Sea and forms part of the first Well Community scheme in Europe promoting and incorporating sustainability and a greener environment with the design and construction teams also targeting BREEAM Excellent Certification.

The planning authority designated Cherrywood a Strategic Development Zone back in 2010, a fast-track planning process for areas of national importance. Once completed the area is designed to house around 25,000 residents.
