Brogan Group have won the Scaffolding contract for the Boyne Street Apartment Developments in Dublin.
The €7.7m project involves demolishing the existing 397sqm single-storey industrial building and the construction of a new seven-storey building, containing 28 apartments.
Brogan will use cuplok scaffolding for the full exterior, roof, loading bay, lift shaft, as well as birdcage scaffold in the staircore.
The apartment building will contain 22 Two-bedroom units and 6 One-bedroom units with private balconies, and the ground floor area has a private garden a commercial office/gym, and bike storage.
