Brogan Group has secured the powered access package for a major residential development in Dublin, Ireland.
This follows closely on from being awarded the access package, which includes full perimeter scaffolding across all 16 blocks.
Brogan’s remit will now also include a number of goods-only hoists to serve the residential blocks up to 23 metres in height.
Brogan’s combined access solution will support the delivery of 578 new homes, comprising of rental and social housing, all designed to be energy efficiency and meet the increasing housing demand in the area.
