Brogan Group have been awarded an access package in The Liberties, in the heart of Dublin’s city centre working for one of Irelands leading building contractors.
Brogan Transport Platforms will be servicing the major development up to 27m high, assisting in the creation of 132 Build to Rent apartments.
The eco-friendly scheme, due for completion in Q4 2025, is targeting the Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) standards and will boast amenities to all residents such as 301 bicycle spaces, retail units, co-working lounges and numerous rooftop gardens.
