Brogan Group have been awarded an access package for a major residential development in Dublin, Ireland.
Brogan will provide full perimeter scaffolding across 16 blocks supporting the construction of 578 new homes, as well as a range of community facilities.
The development will deliver a mix of cost rental and social housing, all designed to be energy efficient and to meet the growing housing demands in the area. In addition, the scheme will include a supermarket, retail units, and landscaped public spaces.
