Brogan Group have been awarded an access scaffold package for the refurbishment of an educational centre in Johnstown, Dublin.
The 7,365 sqm scheme will involve updating the existing buildings, an extension and the construction of a new Special Needs School. Brogan’s remit comprises of external scaffolding and a temporary roof.
Upon completion, a split-level primary and secondary school offering 13 classrooms as well as three separate extensions will be created. The development will remain a live campus environment throughout the construction scheme.
