Brogan Group have begun work on the latest phase of Mast Climber installations at a central Dublin commercial development.
Two interconnecting HQ office buildings will offer 197,000 sq. ft. of office space and 9,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Brogan Mast Climbers will enable the installation of a full height double glazed proprietary curtain walling system on the side and rear elevations.
The 2.83m floor-to-ceiling heights enable more natural daylight throughout and a larger than typical floor plate design, while still meeting tough energy conservation standards.
Mast Climbers fit around a tight building envelope with the site abutting another building from the same developer.
Brogan has previously installed Hoists & Crane Decks on the 10-storey development.
