Brogan Group received recognition from the main Contractor on a Data Centre project for achieving 20,000 hours without serious incident. The EHS Lead thanked Brogan Group for “the proactive approach on-site and the effort in achieving this."

Safe working practices were demonstrated by the Brogan team installing a range of services, including a new flexible loading gantry system, a range of Hoists and internal access Scaffolding.

The new special loading gantry, known as the ‘Atlas’ minimised the number of ties to the building and allowed multiple Hoists to be deployed off it, instead of being tied into the building.

A reduced number of legs minimised impact on the pavement with the sections quicker to build compared to Scaffold and moved in and out using the site crane.

The gantries can take fork-lifted and crane-lifted materials directly to the platform or via the ground level in the attached Hoists, providing flexibility for the fit-out of the top level of the data centre.
