The group's training budget equates to approximately 3% of annual turnover. Every employee benefits from their own defined training route. We see it as our duty to realise the potential of all our staff.

We try to identify future leaders and their motivation from assessments by our site managers and others. We pursue this policy regardless of the fact that some will move on to other companies and aim to retain our best people.
