Work is progressing at the prestigious Point Village project in Dublin’s docklands. We are currently erecting mastclimbers to the North East Stair Core, North West Stair Core and the West Elevation for Permasteelisa. The single mastclimbers will be used for glazing works which form part of the 27,000 m² of cladding on the project that Permasteelisa will be carrying out.
Upon completion Point Village will comprise of a 23,000 m² shopping centre, a 250-room 4-star Choice Hotels hotel, 13,000 m² of offices, a 3-storey underground car park with capacity for 1,000 vehicles, a 12-screen cinema, expansion of the 'Point Depot' into a 15,000-seater arena with one of the biggest stages in Europe and the 'U2 Experience' museum (similar to the Beatles Museum in Liverpool).
