Works have now started on Wiggen House, the second tower block under refurbishment at Leverton Gardens in Sheffield.
Main Contractor, Lovell is responsible for the overall project which involves the refurbishment of the 15 storey tower blocks.
Wiggen House is the 2nd of the three tower blocks; Brogan Group has been awarded the access package by Alumet Systems while carrying out work on the first tower block Keating House.
Our work consists of supplying and erecting 12 Camac mastclimber machines for the refurbishment of window and rain screen clad on the facades of each tower.
The single mast platforms were selected for use on this project to provide maximum flexibility to each elevation with each mast spanning 50m in height.
Work will be carried out while the tower blocks are occupied; therefore one of our main priorities is to minimize any inconvenience to the surrounding community throughout the project.
