We have secured more works as part of the Building Schools for the Future Programme, this time on the Eltham Hill Technology College in Greenwich. This is one of five schools being transformed in Greenwich, and we are currently working on the Cardinal Wiseman School as well.

Eltham Hill School will be undergoing a major refurbishment and extension, costing upwards of £26m, which will see the existing 1970’s building being pulled down, refurbishing the original 1920’s school and adding three new buildings. There will also be a new sports pitch and car park added, and also an additional 9,000 m² of floorspace.

Work is due to start in late autumn and is expected to be completed in 2013
