We have recently secured the access package for the £25m project for Victoria Hall Ltd.
The Scheme comprises of a new build 435 room student accommodation complex located in the regeneration area near Wembley Stadium.
The buildings design is unique with three wings around a central tower which steps and spirals up to 20 storeys.
Our remit will include providing access for main contractor Mace Living in the form of mastclimbers and hoists.
The project is due for completion by mid 2011.
