At Brogan Group we are dedicated to continually developing and improving the skills of our scaffolding staff by investing in skills and ongoing training schemes. Through training and promotion, there are opportunities for all to progress within the company.
Since January 2012, our operatives have attended a total of over 200 courses. Various levels of experience and training have been achieved from attendance, and completion of the various courses, such as NVQ 1, 2 and 3, Site Management Safety, Advanced Scaffold Inspection, First Aid, and Health and Safety Courses.
Every employee benefits from their own defined training route from our commitment, and ongoing investment into their development. Currently, our training budget equates to approximately three per cent of annual turnover.
