Ensuring the continual health, safety and welfare of our employees and others is our highest priority.

All departments of our company make health and safety their top priority. Our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policy focuses on the continual development of awareness and competence in relation to Health and Safety. This includes:

• Improvements in appropriate Safe Systems of Work
• Site & Individual Incentive Schemes

Our core business activity is working at height. Among all construction activities, this carries the greatest element of risk. Therefore in our business, safety is critical.

We are committed to our ongoing investment in training and in modern, high quality equipment and plant. One hundred per cent of our site workforce is CSCS certified and all scaffolders are SG4:10 trained.

Additional training has also been delivered to ensure that all scaffold operatives are aware of the revised TG20:13 requirements (technical guidance for tube and fittings scaffolds).

We have a professional SHEQ department who manage and maintain our comprehensive Integrated Management System. This was successfully transitioned to PAS99 certification. which integrated the standards and controls in place for OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 and marked a significant milestone for the Group.

We have also won numerous Health and Safety awards as a result of the dedication and conscientious behaviour of our workforce. Recognition has been given to individuals, site teams and to the company overall - reflecting the fact that for us, safety is paramount and permeates all layers of our organisation.
