Work at Rolls Building progresses

Jun-2009

Our work at the Rolls Building in Fetter Lane is progressing the recently erected twin goods and personnel hoist is currently being raised to the 7th floor and will eventually work its way up to the eleventh floor.

Further to this the main independent scaffold is continually being erected at all levels and to date we have a total of five XENA steel loading bays now situated on five separate floors.

Rolls House is one part of a larger redevelopment scheme, which includes Arnold House and No 8 Breams Building. Once complete the new eleven storey Rolls Building in Fetter Lane will provide new office accomodation to replace the existing Rolls House for development manager Delancey Estates.
