Work on Crest Nicholson’s Retail Development in Hemel Hempstead, known as “Riverside” comprised of 3 buildings consisting of a department store, 110 bed hotel, multi-storey car park (with a high level bridge access to the department store and hotel), retail and restaurant units, management suite and public toilets.
Work was carried out for main contractor Balfour Beatty and involved erecting independent scaffold for facade blockwork and rendering, with sections bridged across public foot paths. Other work included seting up intenal blockwork and birdcage scaffolds.
