O2 transforms the Point
We are currently working on the prestigious Point Village project in Dublin's docklands. On completion in early 2009, Point Village will be a world-class business and cultural hub with the Capital's premier entertainment venue, the Point Depot at its heart.
Brogan Group are involved in the current phases of construction being carried out by Main Contractor McNamara, which include a shopping centre with 300,000 sq.ft of double height retail space.
Later phases of this mammoth project will involve the construction of a 4 star Hotel, a new Luas park and ride station and a revamp of the Point Depot venue which will include a state-of-the-art 14,000 seat amphitheatre. Having secured the naming rights following this refurbishment, the venue will be renamed 'The O2' after the mobile phone company.
