Pan Peninsula, Canary Wharf

Contract Awarded for Maintanence Works

Jan-2010

We have recently been involved in maintenance work at the Pan Peninsula located in Canary Wharf. Access has been provided to Mivan for maintenance works on the modern high rise apartment block.

Pan Peninsula consists of two towers - the taller one, standing at 147 metres and 48 storeys is the tallest residential tower in London, surpassing the towers of the Barbican Estate. The shorter building is 122 metres and 38 storeys high.

The project, designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill was developed by Irish property firm, Ballymore. The client, Mivan specialise in interiors, theming, property development and general contracting.
