At Brogan Group we are dedicated to continually developing and improving the skills of our scaffolding staff by investing in skills and safety training.
In recent months we have had 30 of our Brogan employees presented with Cuplok training certificates. so far this year we have 60% of our qualifying workforce Cuplok trained with continual training being rolled out to our scaffolding staff in coming months.
The company as a whole takes an integrated approach to managing training and health and safety, and our recent achievement in being certified to the OHSAS ISO 180001:2007 standard and ISO 14001:2004 standard is evidence of this.
Going forward the company is now working towards ISO 9001:2008, and Investors in People which will further enhance our already extensive and robust training system.
